Thankfully this had a happy ending but that still couldn't salvage this book for me. I did not like the characters, the storyline, anything. Gemma frustrated me so much! And her two "best friends"? With friends like them you sure don't need enemies.

Even though I knew who the stalker was very early on, I really enjoyed this book.  I love all the characters in this series.  Finally, a love triangle that went my way!  Can't wait to see what else the future holds for Clarity Fern, Sassy Girl Detective!

I would have liked this book much better if it had ended differently.  The turn of events in the end made me sad and if I were Jenna, I'd be pissed. But it was still a good story, it just didn't end how I was hoping it would.

This is actually 3.5 stars.  It would have been four if Rosetta's issue had been resolved in the end. I'm a sucker for a boy from the wrong side of the tracks in a band. I loved Seth and Rosetta and how they saved each other.

Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler

This is more like 3.5 stars.  I enjoyed this much more than I thought would since after the use of the word "Whatnot" 3 times on 2 pages I was ready to put it down and not read it at all.  I'm glad I didn't, and that I did, read it all the way through.  But now I feel like I was the one being broken up with or doing the breaking up or whatnot.  Someone needs to cheer me up.  Or send me flowers.  Poor Min.  Poor Ed.  I was so hoping for a HEA.

5 stars do not do this book justice!  From the first page to the last this book had me!  I cannot wait for the next one!!
